Terms & Conditions

Following are the Terms & Conditions applicable to the training programs offered by us.

1. The fees for training programs conducted by ScholarMD Edvent LLP is non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

2. Payment not made within the deadline will lead to automatic cancellation of admission and fees will not be refunded under any circumstance.

3. ScholarMD Edvent LLP may allow transfter of seat between candidates with their mutual agreement, initiated by the candidates. ScholarMD Edvent LLP does not involve itself in the transfer process in any way whatsoever. ScholarMD Edvent LLP does not bear responsibility for the transfter. The transfer requires explicit prior approval of ScholarMD Edvent LLP.

4. ScholarMD Edvent LLP reserves full rights to cancel / reschedule admissions as per its policies.

5. Due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, if a candidate misses one module of Fetal Medicine Training Program, then with prior permission we may allow the candidate to attend that one module with the next suitable batch at our discretion. However, it is mandatory that the candidate attends the remaining modules. Any more missed modules beyond one for whatever reason that the candidate wishes to attend shall be chargeable as per charges decided by ScholarMD Edvent LLP.

6. ScholarMD Edvent LLP reserves full rights to modify in good faith the syllabus or the lecture schedule or the pattern of training program at any time without prior initimation.
