Please note that only those doctors with MD / DNB / DMRD / DMRE qualifications in the speciality of Radiology are eligible for "Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Training Programme."

Steps for applying:

(A) Scan and upload the following documents as an email attachment and send to: admissions@scholarmd.in with the subject title as "(Course Name) - (Your own full name)".

Application should be sent only via the personal Email id of the applicant, and the same shall be used for future correspondence.

1. Completed Application form

2. Declaration by the applicant

3. Passport-sized photo (in addition to the one pasted on the application form)

4. Degree certificate -- graduation

5. Degree certificate -- post-graduation

6. Medical Council Registration certificate

7. Copy of DD (not applicable if payment made via netbanking).

(B) There are two payment options for the fees -- NEFT Netbanking transfer OR Demand Draft.


Demand Draft

If you are paying via Demand Draft (DD), then scan and upload the image of the DD along with the application form. Mention the details of the DD in the application form as prescribed. DD to be issued in favour of "ScholarMD Edvent LLP" payable at "Pune". Send the DD by speed post / courier service on the address of the contact person as mentioned in the section "Contact Us" on the home page of this website.

NEFT Netbanking

If you are paying via NEFT Netbanking, then transfer the requisite fees to the bank account of ScholarMD Edvent via netbanking (NEFT), and mention the details of the transaction in the application form as prescribed. For NEFT Netbanking tranfer, the bank account details of ScholarMD Edvent are as follows -

(C) Upon receipt of your application form along with all the documents and conformation of payment of fees, ScholarMD Edvent will scrutinise the documents. If all is found to be satisfactory, you will receive an email confirming your admission and rest of the details. In case there are any deficiencies, our contact person will get in touch with you via phone / Email. Please note that once admission is confirmed, the fees will not be refunded.
